Vision Statement
The Mission of IoBM is to foster a learning environment, where students are motivated to make learning an on-going life-long process. We see ourselves as a multi- dimensional educational institution. Our aim is to prepare students to excel academically as well as in management skills. Students learn to function ethically, and take effective decisions in business and other endeavors of life. This Institute intends to allow freedom of thought and expression, encourage faculty and students to be independent and creative thinkers. We believe in pursuing leading-edge research. We are catalysts engaged in the development of innovative ideas, analytical, inter-personal and leadership skills. Our faculty is committed to using the best teaching and training methodologies. We are also committed to our stakeholders who include parents, the business community and professional organizations to create responsible corporate leaders of tomorrow.

| Organizations such as The Aga Khan University Hospital, Berger Paints, Standard Chartered Bank, CitiBank, Faysal Bank, ICI, Philips Electrical Industries, Unilever and BP Pakistan regularly offer internships to IoBM students. |
IoBM's academic programs are modern and comprehensive in concept and structure. They are broadly comparable with graduate and post-graduate programs offered by US universities. A curriculum committee of IoBM ensures that programs are regularly revised to keep abreast of changes in business education. |
| IoBM has a highly qualified faculty with most faculty members holding foreign Ph.D. and Masters degrees. IoBM is operating a program to enhance the skills and qualifications of its academic faculty. |
| IoBM has extensive links with North American Universities. Professors from the Universities of Arizona State and Brock have served as Chief Academic Officers of CBM. The present CBM Dean has over 38 years of experience at the State Bank of Pakistan and Dean, CCSIS has over twelve years teaching experience in US and Pakistani universities. |
